  • No there isn’t. This is a clinic specialising in movement based treatment for all conditions which is delivered via Zoom.

  • Yes, any cancellation within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment time will incur forfeit of the entire consultation fee.

    Appointment reminders will be sent out 2 days before your scheduled appointment time.

    We will happily discuss extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

  • Our consultations will be just as you would expect from an in person consultation. Our Physiotherapist is very experienced in assessment and management of many conditions. The focus of our sessions is using movement based assessment and treatment options to solve your presenting problem.

  • Yes, you definitely can!

    At the end of your consultation and invoice will be emailed to you which you can use to claim the rebate back from your nominated health fund

  • No, we do not

  • We will happily take clients with a GP referred Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan - however please note that we DO NOT bulk bill and clients will have to pay the full consultation price and will be able to claim the rebate back from medicare following the consultation

  • No, not at all. We are happy for you to provide a referral however it is not needed.
