Founded in 2015 by Principal Physiotherapist Jemma Lekkas, Inspired Physio Solutions began as a mobile practice, providing physiotherapy services to Woolworths' Sydney Distribution Centres. A year later, in 2016, an exciting opportunity arose—Jemma took over Glenbrook Physiotherapy and Sports Centre, a well-established clinic in her hometown of the Blue Mountains.

Over the next six years, Jemma transformed the clinic, rebranding it as Inspired Physio Solutions & Clinical Pilates while building a reputation for compassionate, results-driven care. The experience was deeply rewarding, though the challenges of COVID-19 ultimately led to the difficult decision to close the physical practice in 2022.

Undeterred, Jemma relocated to Canberra, partnering with Fundamental Health in Kambah to build and grow their Clinical Pilates program and continue serving the community as a physiotherapist. Unfortunately, 2024 brought unexpected health challenges—after an 18-month hiatus for medical treatment, Jemma was diagnosed with Adenomyosis, leading to a hysterectomy in March 2025.

Now, with renewed energy and a fresh perspective, Jemma is embracing the next chapter of Inspired Physio Solutions & Clinical Pilates—an online practice designed especially for today’s busy lifestyles.
